l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo L221-28 del C\u00f3digo de Consumo franc\u00e9s, el consumidor renuncia sin reservas a cualquier pedido de servicios de alojamiento realizado al grupo \u00abLes Aubergistes Lyonnais\u00bb y a sus hoteles asociados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Litiges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de litigio entre el profesional y el consumidor, ambas partes se esforzar\u00e1n por encontrar una soluci\u00f3n amistosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A falta de acuerdo amistoso y de conformidad con el art\u00edculo L.612-1 del C\u00f3digo de Consumo, el consumidor, a reserva de lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo L.612.2 del mismo C\u00f3digo, tiene la posibilidad de presentar una solicitud de resoluci\u00f3n amistosa por mediaci\u00f3n, en un plazo inferior a un a\u00f1o a partir de la fecha de su reclamaci\u00f3n escrita al profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este establecimiento ha designado, SAS M\u00e9diation Solution como organismo de mediaci\u00f3n de consumo mediante una solicitud registrada con el n\u00famero 11007\/OC\/2111.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debe remitirse al Defensor del Consumidor :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul electr\u00f3nico a : <a href=\"mailto:contact@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contact@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O rellenando el formulario en l\u00ednea titulado \u00abContacte con el Defensor del Pueblo\u00bb en la p\u00e1gina web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Independientemente<\/a>del m\u00e9todo de remisi\u00f3n utilizado, la solicitud debe contener :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direcci\u00f3n postal, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico del solicitante,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El nombre, la direcci\u00f3n y el n\u00famero de registro de Sas M\u00e9diation Solution del profesional en cuesti\u00f3n,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una breve exposici\u00f3n de los hechos.
